the big problem is the external hard drive when i attached to my computer,that usb Hard Drives is not detected by my pc.it `s not shown anything on my pc …

some operating systems and computers equipped with old motherboards will not accept the 500 gb external hard drive. You can try by installing the device driver softwares for the hard drive. if it still doesn’t work, connect it to a different system running windows vista… it should work. if it does not, it might be having some hardware problems. in that case, get it checked by a professional….
