How to set Wallpaper on my laptop?

my school laptop blocks the ability to have Desktop Wallpapers, and it says that you have to have the administrator to unlock it. What is a way to set my own desktop wallpaper

If your school doesn’t allow anyone to change the background of their computers, I would suggest that you just leave it set to the background it came with.

If you still want to change your background, perhaps you should try contacting someone who has administrative privlidges.
